2.   A properly built offshore fortress requires four things: PATIENCE, TIME, RESEARCH, & MULTIPLE JURISDICTIONS

3.   A lawyer is an expert in his particular field, the laws of that particular jurisdiction. For offshore asset protection to truly be effective, you need a specialist who has read, lived, and fully understands the flips side of the coin.99.8% of lawyers from your home WILL NOT understand nor be competent to advise you on foreign affairs.
4.   Again I usually charge $100 to say this: The key to proper asset protection planning is playing the jurisdiction game, and understanding your relationship to the foreign corporation.
