Cerro Campana

An excellent destination for hikers, thanks to its refreshingly cool climate and 3 km (2 mi) of trails, Altos de Campana is also home to some interesting birds, such as slaty ant wrens, orange-bellied trogons, and hummingbirds not found in the forests around the canal. The summits of Cerro Campana and Cerro de la Cruz, in particular, have dramatic mountain scenery and amazing views.
