Yes, if you like Casinos, Prostitution, Money laundering, drug trafficking and a extreme lack of infrastructure( roads, water, sewage, fire, Police, and electrical services!

Then Panama is for you!

Panama is a wonderful country to visit.

Panama is vastly overpriced in land values, rents(in Panama City and Beach areas), resorts, hotels, and over priced vehicles!

Cheap public land transportation, but you do take your life into your hands at most times using it!

Food prices have increase over fifty percent in three years and are going up again!

Medical costs(1/3 of the USA) can be very reasonable if you go with the local non Gringo hospitals and clinics.

Cheap Cable and Internet Services in Panama City. (The Panama Insider disagrees with how 'cheap it is.)

Lots of Cellular coverage!

Over four million cellular Sim cards in Service with a official population of less than 3.4 million.

Customer service does not exist here in Panama!

If you do not speak Spanish then that will be a very big problem!

Less than three percent here speak English here in Panama! (I would disagree with his numbers, but yeah you need to learn at least SOME Spanish.)

Panamanians are generally a very nice people!

But there are a lot of them, just like a lot of Expats and Gringo's here that look at you like a walking ATM of money for their personal use!!
