There are 3 ways to get to San Blas: SUV 4x,   Air, or Boat

SUV 4x4:  Simply let us know where you will be staying, what dates you’re going to San Blas, what island you’re going to, and if possible the room number and phone number of your hotel/hostel.  The SUV will pick you up at about 5:30am- 6:30am. It varies based on who else in the city is getting picked up and where they are in relation to the exit route out of the city.

Air:

Aeroperlas flights arrive to El Porvenir, Carti, Heart of Jesus, Rio Sidra, Ustupo, Mulutapu. Manitupu and Playon Chico. They travel every day at six in the morning. They return at 7 in the morning. 315-7500. The ticket prices range from 60 to 72 dollars each way.
Aviatur has daily flights to 20 islands. Prices range between 30 and 46 dollars. Phone 315-0311.

Boat:

From Portobello, the Darien Gapster can leaves about every 3 weeks to make it's way down the San Blas coast on to Sapzurro Colombia. You could stay in Portobello, we recommend Hostel Portobello, and cruise down in their fast launch boat crossing the Dutch Keys, Lemon Keys, and on to Carti, if you would like. This is a cheap, interesting, and new way to see San Blas.  Discounts are available.
